1. Mr. Le Xuan Vinh – General Director

Mr. Vinh is a founder of ADAC. He has many years of experience in finance and accounting and auditing. Before joining ADAC, Mr. Vinh used to hold senior management positions at large domestic and foreign auditing firms. During his career in auditing and consulting, Mr. Vinh has directly participated in and was in charge of the organization of audit management, financial, accounting and tax consulting for state-owned enterprises, joint-stock companies, foreign-invested enterprises, ... in various fields of production and business activities, and projects funded by foreign organizations.

Mr. Vinh has also successfully implemented many consulting projects on equitization, enterprise valuation, and consulting on restructuring state-owned enterprises and domestic private enterprises. At the same time, he has a close cooperation relationship with international professional organizations and he also teaches about finance, accounting, tax, auditing at the Institute of Finance and domestic universities.

Mr. Vinh is a PhD in banking and finance. Currently Mr. Vinh is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and National Appraiser approved by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. In addition, Mr. Vinh is a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants Association (VTCA) and CPA Australia - Australian Government also recognized to be a Certified Public Accountant.

2. Ms. Pham Nguyen Kim Hong – Vice General Director

Before joining ADAC, Ms. Hong was Senior Manager at Price Water House Coopers Vietnam (PWC) with more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and consulting services related to finance.

Ms. Hong has participated and is directly in charge of managing the audit portfolio of financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Accounting Standards (IFRS) of many large companies and corporations in and around the world. in different industries such as banking, insurance, financial services, construction, real estate, energy, apparel, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas and hotels.

In addition, Ms. Hong also participated in financial and accounting training for a number of large corporations, accounting and auditing training centers, ACCA training instructors at Vietsourcing, Smart Train, etc...

Ms. Hong graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City and is currently Certified Public Accountant (CPA) -National Appraiser approved by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, a member of the Association of Private Equity. Vietnam Tax Consultant (VTCA). At the same time, Ms. Hong is also a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants Association (VTCA), a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

3. Vo Ngoc Minh – Vice General Director

Mr. Minh has more than 15 years of experience in auditing, valuation and financial consulting. Before joining ADAC, Mr. Minh was the audit manager at Ernst & Young Vietnam (Big 4).

During his working time, Mr. Minh was directly in charge of many audits of financial statements and business valuations in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Accounting Standards (IFRS) for both companies. Local and multinational companies in various sectors such as financial services, construction, real estate, energy, apparel, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas and hospitality.

Mr. Minh graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. Currently he is working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a National Appraiser approved by the Ministry of Finance to practice. Mr. Minh is also a member of the Vietnam Association of Tax Consultants (VTCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

4. Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh - Vice General Director

Mr. Tinh has more than 12 years of experience in the field of basic construction, auditing and finalizing completed investment capital. Mr. Tinh used to hold senior positions in basic construction expertise at domestic and foreign auditing companies.

Perform many works related to basic construction such as: Estimating, making quality management documents, payment and settlement of works, final settlement documents of completed works investment capital. During his work, he also participated in the audit of many large projects funded by the state budget, key national technical projects and ODA-funded projects under the Cooperation Agency. international projects, non-governmental funded projects and projects on environmental protection to avoid climate change with foreign capital sources.

In addition, Mr. Tinh participates in professional teaching at universities, participates in short-term training programs at Project Management Units, specialized companies in architecture - construction - environment and Center training in inspection and supervision of basic construction works.

Mr. Tinh graduated with a Master's degree from Da Nang University of Technology, majoring in Construction - Bridges and Roads, and a Bachelor's Degree from Economics University - Ho Chi Minh City.
